Sudhin Roy
Founder and Sr. Managing Director

Sudhin founded Kinetic in 2009. He possesses over 30 years of experience in leading corporate restructurings, M&A transactions and capital raising efforts for middle-market companies.

Prior to Kinetic, Sudhin served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities (2001-2006) where he led teams of investment bankers and restructuring advisors focused on advice to middle-market companies related to capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and bankruptcy. 

Brian Creek
Partner and Managing Director

Brian joined Kinetic in 2010. He possesses over 23 years of experience as a hands-on finance executive, leading the successful turnaround of under-performing companies through the implementation of performance enhancements and cost reduction strategies.

Prior to Kinetic, Brian served as a Managing Director at FTI Consulting (2003-2008) where he managed teams responsible for the reorganization and financial restructuring of numerous companies. Brian previously held various leadership roles within PricewaterhouseCoopers’s corporate finance group. 

Jerome Merchant
Partner and Managing Director

Jerome joined Kinetic in 2011. He possesses over 25 years of experience in private equity investing, M&A transactions and capital raising efforts for private companies and high-net-worth family offices.

Prior to Kinetic, Jerome served as a Managing Director at McGladrey Capital Markets (2006-2011) where he was responsible for the origination and successful execution of M&A transactions in the western United States. Jerome previously held executive positions at Citigroup, Equus Capital and MetLife Investors.
